Totally, the shot where Bobby is holding his daughter, you see it in his face that his innocence is gone. That was one of the many brilliant scenes in last nights episode.

Yeah, there was a duck there. This episode had lots of the duck references.
Whoa! My good friend just e-mailed me to say that her brother played the kid who Bobby whacked. That’s way cool.
There were definitely some significant duck references in this episode. With my volume turned up to an ungodly level, the sound of the duck behind Tony on the dock was actually a little startling.
Anybody know off the top of their head what the age gap is between Tony and Janice. Cause with the math I’m coming up with Janice would have been at least 45+ when he concieved/birthed Dominica, not possible, right? I have trouble getting over that plot point moreso than the Russian.

I think Bobby was wearing latex gloves, so no prints. But the shirt could be a big deal. The feds just took over the case on the weapons charge. If Canada somehow accesses the FBI’s file on Bobby, assuming he’s got one, things could go to shit very quickly.

I misspoke to a degree. It is certainly possible to have a child after 40, but it can be problematic whereas having child in the prime years might not have been.

This has been brought up in multiple places across the internets, but the way Tony got back at Bobby was straight out of the Livia playbook.
Almost certain Bobby wasn’t wearing gloves so his prints are all over the weapon not to mention his sweaty man-boob residue from the ripped shirt. Gotta remember that it makes sense seeing as he never whacked nobody before and he’s kinda dopey.

I think the second worst thing Tony did in the episode was bring up the story of a child drowning at a pool just to get back at Janice. My God what a character, I really hope he goes down this season.
About the Bobby thing, for some reason I thought the bullet going into the washing machine and rattling around was significant. I guess on its own it wouldnt be too much help, but coupled with the gun lying nearby and Bobby’s shirt, and footprints…and possible witnesses…he’s screwed?

I didn’t put those two things together. Nut it certainly explains Janice’s freakout at the lake, although her being a general nutcase was explanation enough.
She pissed him off when she said he’d changed, and he wouldnt let it go, then a minute goes by when everyone at the table is distracted by jumping fish in the lake and he suddenly brings up the story of a child drowning in a pool, it was kind of hysterical, he’s like a manchild. I actually thought at one point he was literally going to hurt her daughter, he’s capable of anything.
I dont see any mention in this thread of Phil Leotardo’s little gathering, was it me or was there a definite hint of his own homosexuality in that scene? He seemed to not mind the bar owner’s effeminate attitude and gave a hard stare at some goon who made a offensive joke
I thought Phil’s sexuality was first alluded to during the killing of Vito, with that quick cutaway to him clutching the bedsheets? That is one repressed goombah.

The drowning kid story was great, and perfectly represents the first fifty or so pages of the Livia Playbook. I love the Tony/Janice dynamic. I’ve always hated Janice, but when she interacts with Tony, he always comes out looking even worse.
