They actually wrapped up their main mystery. The first season stands as a story - good for them.
I know a lot of you didn’t give this show a shot, but it’s pretty good. It’ll be on DVD in September.

Well, I just want to say I couldnt get through one episode of the show early on in the season. Maybe I will give it a chance later on DVD, but it did nothing for me originally.
I also tried getting into it early on in the season, but the constant and persistent American Beauty-lite type narration from the dead woman got old real quick. Also, the red headed wife looks like a Stepford wife and creeps the hell out of me. And like The OC, it’s hard for me to care about people when a majority of their problems in the show could be resolved by them simply not being stupid.
If they’re not going to re-air it in the summer, I’m definitely going to check it out on DVD.

Sorry. Nothing about this show interests me save for Longoria, and I get enough of her in the countless photo spreads and interviews she does.
I tried getting into this show at the beginning of the season but just couldn’t manage it. I can’t stand that narrator; her tone of voice is just so smarmy and patronizing and put me off. It’s basically Dallas or Dynasty, only more self aware of its silliness.
If it had polar bears you guys would be all over it.
Sorry, but the marketing of this show just doesn’t appeal to me. I mean, no lasers, no autopsies, no cocksuckers, no spaceships - what the hell could it be about? I just don’t get it!
Like it or not, you have to admit it’s impressive that a show actually stuck to its word and finished the main plotline by the end of the season.

Nah. Just actors or a storyline that I care about. Same as I never watched Seinfeld, ER, The West Wing, and a host of other popular and acclaimed shows.

To be fair, ABC’s marketing of the show makes it look like trash (even though everyone I’ve talked to about it says it’s far from a guilty pleasure).
It’s better written than almost any other show on TV. It’s bitingly funny, with some of the darkest humor I’ve seen. And it’s much more coherent and satisfying than LOST.
It’s weird that people will watch FARSCAPE and other genre junk but not give a really quality show a chance. It’s too bad as well.
I watched an episode and a half and never once saw Nicolette Sheridan. Why is she always included in all the photo shoots and stuff? She gives that grey alien Marcia Cross a run for her money in the Scariest Housewife category.
She’s really not in it that much.

Hmmmm. Genre shows don’t occupy too much of my time either. Never liked a Whedon TV show, nor do I watch the Sci-Fi channel save for when a Twilight Zone marathon is on during the holidays or something. I just don’t think it can be more satisfying than LOST to me based on my particular interests.
And no, that doesn’t mean I won’t watch a female or soap-y show because I enjoyed the hell out of Sex and the City. This show just seems to have a dull premise and there’s not one actor on it, male or female, that I’ve ever cared about.
