Was the big multi-casualty trauma at the end of the episode the same as from the pilot? It seemed like the finale reused a lot of the same scenarios to bring the show full-circle. I liked it but was surprised/disappointed to see the hospital and all the staff weren’t decimated by a nuclear blast. No one gets out alive!
