On one hand, I’m sad they spoiled the Roxy reveal. On the other hand, Roxy looks PERFECT.
Okay, the trailer finally warmed me towards this film.
Love love love.
It’s pretty much just how I imagined it’d look and feel. This is in no way a bad thing. Cera seems great. The “this is just another Michael Cera movie” fake out opening was perfect.
Love love love.
Looks perfect, and Chris Evans one line kills me.
Well, that’s nothing but a cruel tease. I NEED MORE NOW.
I want to run outside onto the sidewalk and jump up and down squealing while birds and butterflies circle around me

Yessss. Schwartzmann looks awesome as well.
Seeing the characters in action makes you realize how great a job they did casting it.
Yeah, perfect pretty much sums it up. Looks like Wright and company nailed it. August needs to get here like now.
I’m not one for fanboy hyperbole but holyfuckingshit this looks amazing and perfect and like everything I wanted it to.
Without having seen a page of the comic, I want this yesterday. I suspect after seeing this I will be compelled to get married, raise several daughters, and offer Edgar Wright his pick of them.

Fucking awesome. Love all the GIANT BOLD TEXT gags. I’m there opening night for sure.
:::Jaw on floor::… …::it’s still there:…uhm…wow
Fuck yeah. Looks totally bonkers, and like a perfect evolution of Wright’s style. Was afraid of how he’d be without Simon and Nick, but this looks like it’s going to be a hell of a good time.
I’ll resume my thoughts as this:
fapfapfapfapfap
I’ve already watched it an embarrassing number of times, and just caught the shot right near the end where Scott kills a guy and he turns into coins.
I know very little of the comic, so I was not too excited about this film… now… I’m buying the graphic novel tonight.
this film looks rockin

Yep, same here. It’s been a “I need to pick it up” selection, but it hasn’t worked out yet. May have to spend some $$ on the collection between now and August.
