Relax, cracker.
The epsiode overall was pretty good (I really enjoyed the Cartman storyline), but the opening Wheel of Fortune scene was classic.

I have to say that tonight’s episode was classic. And my DVR cut the episode off just when the shot turned back to Cartman’s face after Mr.Mackey mentioned his mother’s phone call. I’m guessing the episode ended right there. Nonetheless, the episode was perfect.
Some slightly funny spots…but overall it was horrible.
So-so episode, worth watching for the hanging kid.
I thought this episode was pretty damn good. The kids killing themselves was a great gag the first two times (although it’s good they ended it after the third distant gunshot). I never get tired of Cartman when he’s pissed off, so it had that going for it as well. The animation on the priest was great also. It’s better than last week’s episode by actually building on its premise. Hopefully next week will be a step up from this one as well.

Pretty much, but you did get to see the photo (although Cartman’s head blurred the money shot.)
It wasn’t a classic, but was a very solid effort. Good to see Cartman go from completely in control of his situation last week and unpunished for his assholery, to being completely out of control this week and end up in the worst possible scenario.
So, I’m a few minutes in. Are Trey and Matt yet again rippin’ on Day After Tomorrow? They’re fucking obsessed.
EDIT: Okay maybe not so much Day After Tomorrow. Kind of seemed like it when the guy broke into the meeting talking about the enviroment changing.
The Thing spoof was great.
EDIT AGAIN: UGH! Of course bastard comedy central airs it so TiVo cuts off right before the last moment. What was the reveal on who the new lice world was on?

I’m not sure if it was spoofing anything completely, but there were some fun references, like The Thing, as you said, and Lord of the Rings. In the end, the lice stuff seem to just be a general disaster movie.
I was only thinking of Apocalypto because alot of people who have seen it say its like a generic action movie (with a race of people getting destroyed) but in a dead language. So, maybe this was showing what Apocalypto would have been like in English. Though I haven’t seen Apocalypto so I could be way off. I just like typing Apocalypto.
Nah, it’s not nearly close enough to Apocolypto. The only things it had in common were the fact that they lived in a “forest,” and maybe, maybe, the baby thing. And the race doesn’t get destroyed in Apocolypto, just one village by a group from a large city.

Well yeah. Obviously there was no vice president or guns in Apocalypto either, but maybe it was like “lets take the plot of Apocalypto and really do it in the cliched action movie way that it was pretending it wasn’t” or something.
