I thought it show was supposed to be over by now. I checked out after I saw the episode that was a low budget Saw knock-off.
EDIT: Did I see that right, they are introducing Bizzaro?
After last season’s strong finish, I must say this is the most I have been excited for the season premiere in a few years.
“Look Up in the Sky” better mean he is fucking flying by now.
EDIT: You did see it right, englebert. The last part of the season was really good, and the finale featured that final shot with the ClarkyClone turning into Bizarro.

It’s been said that Supergirl flies in the show (as it shows at the end of the trailer), but Clark still doesn’t.
He can leap tall buildings in a single bound!
I don’t think Bizarro will be crystalized. I think that final shot was just for dramatic purposes (purpai?). The trailer shows Bizarro-Clark looking just like Regular-Clark. Except instead of a blue jacket, it’s… BLACK!

He will look like normal Clark, but his face will start to crack the more he uses his powers. I’ve heard he used kryptonite to restore his face.
I saw some utube trailer having clark say “its time I start using all of my powers” so maybe he’ll finally grow the fuck up.
I call shenanigans on this. You can’t call him Bizarro unless he speaks Bizarro!

I still enjoy this show, but they are scaring me by possibly sticking around too long.

I know what you mean. As much as I like this show I really hope this is the last season. From what Ive heard Kristen “plot device” Kreuk is leaving after this season too so that makes two central characters leaving town at the end of the season. I think that would make Clark and Chloe the only two there for the entire series(possibly Lionel but hes always been kind of intermittent so I dont count him…plus, it seems like he may not survive the season either)?
Don’t forget Martha who won’t be there this season as she went off to D.C. I’m sure she will be a semi-regular.
People love to slag this show, I don’t care, yes, it has it’s lousy episodes, but I like it, it gets the Superman feel perfect most of the time and Welling plays a good boyscout.
I also have an almost unwavering love for the show. I am fully aware of the flaws like shitty episodes and the good ol’ “ gets knocked out so he can’t see Clark use his powers” schtick, but every week I still tune in.

I do too. If people can accept the bullshit perpetrated by 24, I think they should give SV a break. It’s fantasy so little lapses in logic goes with the territory.
It’s no worse than the off-on-off-on romance between Starbuck and Lee on BSG, which I dig as well.

I think Superman’s responsible for all the crazy weather in the world. He evaporated a river. I hope there’s a headline on the Daily Planet in the coming episodes that says Smallville Farmers Bankrupt Due To Drought. Sub-headline: Mysterious Water Disappearance Blamed.
