I’m pretty much done with House and Dollhouse. I was actually enjoying Dollhouse, just not enough. Haven’t even watched a single second-season ep.
I repeatedly come close to dropping Dexter, yet every season they find a way to fool me into thinking that this time things are going to be different. This season? John Lithgow!
Right now? Since I have a kid, my TV time is limited.
Flashforward is boring. Out.
Bored to Deaht deserved it’s name. Out.
Dollhouse is falling apart anyway, so it’s gonna be cancelled soon.
I ditched Rescue Me last year, Heroes at season 2, and didn’t bother with Sarah Connor Chronicles in season 2.
The wife loves House and Dexter, and they’re alright I guess. But if it wasn’t for her, I doubt I’d watch it.

Actually, there’s one I broke up with. In Plain Sight (about witness protection, in case you didn’t know). Liked Mary and Marshall, grew quickly tired of Mary’s bullshit family and their dull as hell family. Though technically this is about shows you used to love but broke up with, so I guess that doesn’t count.
Heroes, broke up with after a couple episodes of season three. Insufferably retarded mess.
I think that’s the only one I truly considered one of my favourite shows of the TV season during its first run, but quickly turned shit.

Grey’s Anatomy. Said it before, but it’s bogged down with too many Goddamn characters and the decision to reward Katherine Heigl’s ungrateful bitch attitude and simultaneously nuking T.R. Knight for doing the exact same thing (i.e. complaining to the press about having “nothing to do” when one was legit and the other bullshit) did me in.
I’m starting to lose interest in Community. It’s not that it’s poorly done or badly acted, it’s just not clicking with me.
Broke up with Dexter this year, despite crazy Lithgow. 3 was just so awful. I left Rescue Me as well, but that was more a timing thing. Now there’s just a daunting amount of catch up, so maybe after it’s run is over. Oh, and Carnivale. I don’t get the love.
Law & Order: SVU is another one. Went from borderline to flat-out laughably bad. Anyone who cared about the “Will they or won’t they hook up?” issue should give it up. They’ve beaten that dead horse over the last 10 years.

Sadly, I had to leave Burn Notice. I really like the first two seasons but this third season just seemed off to me.
I read the EW list, and and some people were breaking up with “The Office” and “Mad Men” (respectively the best comedy and the best drama on TV, IMHO).
No accounting for taste, I guess.

Meloni and Hargitay have both said God knows how many times that their relationship is brother/sister. I agree with that assessment. But yeah, some are still wondering that.
I broke up with project runway this season. Lifetime.. Los Angeles.. terrible designers.. bummed me out.

Rescue Me lost me in the third season. Heroes lose me during its third episode. Flash Forward only made me yearn for Lost.
That list it’s kinda lame (Fringe!) but motivated the thread.
I almost drop Dexter since it’s kinda boring. I guess Hall and the ensemble deserve another chance.
Kind of drifted away from Rescue Me this season. There was just so much other cool shit coming out, add that on top of some relationship issues and voila, no more Tommy Gavin.
I keep saying Entourage won’t bring me back, but dammit, I can’t help it.
I broke up with the US Office after the pilot. I’ve since tried to arrange some drunken hookups with it, but I can’t ever seem to get it up. Just doesn’t do it for me, at all.
