They need to get this game out ASAP, IMO. It’s been delayed way too many times, and by the time this thing actually does come out, the XBOX will be nearing the end of its life. I’m sure they’ll have started hyping the next XBOX console release by then. That and I just want to fucking play the damned thing already. I mean, c’mon man, TWO FUCKIN YEARS…sheeesh…this blows.

This was reported a couple of days ago in IGN. Don’t know if this has already been mentioned here. I hate this shit. This better be the best game EVER if they’re going to keep doing this to us. If they keep on like they’re going, then a lot of people are going to start to lose interest, myself included. Dumbasses.

Seriously, game delays are nothing new. And I would rather them work it till it’s perfect, as bad as I want it now, than release a half assed version just to make street date.

What the hell are you on about? Lose interest?? Are you fucking serious? So Microsoft pushed this game to Christmas time to help push their Xbox thru the holiday season. Yeah it’s a bitch but it’s no reason to claim that you’re “losing interest” in the game. Now if they said they were dumbing down the ai from the last game, taking out legendary mode, removing vehicles, keeping out online play.. that would be a valid reason to lose interest in the game.

WTF? How can it possibly take this long to “tweak” a game? I thought I read somewhere that they were mostly finished with the game, and they were just working the bugs out.

Every time Blizzard delayed a game (always), it pissed me off, but when I finally received the finished product, all was forgiven.
Just sayin’.
Holiday 04…that’s when it’ll come out, cuz that’s where the big money is.
I’m getting tired of the wait for this. It better be worth it, or I’m gonna be pissed, along with millions of other people.
Look at the bright side. Since it won’t be coming out 'til November at the very latest, you can just put it on your Christmas list and not have to spend any money on it. That’s my plan, at any rate.
Well, the demo of this a few months back was pretty awe inspiring, even if the original was not.
Having just played this, I have to say Halo was fun, but I suspect the true spectacle of it comes from the multi play features…
If they are taking this long, Halo 2 be pretty sweet, but we’ll see.
