Okay, I was going to wait until Thursday night to post but then I saw an ad for it during Court TV’s COPS marathon. I just got that good ol’ feeling that used to occur on a weekly basis. I can’t wait for the new season.

i blame my girlfriend for getting me hooked on this show, so this past week, i’ve been doing nothing but watching all of season 3…yeah..but im looking forward to thursday
I hope they keep Izzie around even though she dropped out of the internship program. I guess it won’t be a problem assuming she doesn’t move out of Meredith’s house.

Is it possible to continue in ANY internship after intentionally cutting someone’s LVAD tube? I watched the whole two hours last night (god help me), and still can’t really get on Meredith’s side.

I can see Izzie still living at the house while she practices medicine without a license in that shop between the liquor store and Vons/Safeway. “Urban medicine”
The only thing I didn’t like about the episode is that it never addresses the cliffhanger from last season until about halfway through, and that is with a throwaway line. I guess Meredith went home with Izzie.
Other than that I was glad to have me some Grey’s Anatomy again. I dug the flashbacks, it was a nice reminder to how they all started.
George just needs to say I love you. Callie showed up on her dayoff to make paella for Izzie and all she gets is a kiss? C’mon man, cross your fingers while you say it.
And for once, I’d love it if Derek looks Finn straight in the eye and says “I’m Batman, bitch. You’ll always be Robin.”
I think I might have missed something last night. What is the nazi feeling guilty about? I thought maybe it was Denny related, but I’m not sure.
Good episode. I hope Addison gets more screentime this year. Her performance in the flashback scene kicked ass.
Good episode. Last night I realized what I love about the show; it manages to cram so much into a single episode. I was fast forwarding through the TiVo and noticed that the play marker was only at :29 with plenty of time to go. I was pretty satisfied with the episode at that moment and looked forward to what came after that.

She was just really upset about Denny buying the farm. Her scenes with Omar were my favorite of the night.
I thought the rest of the premiere was pretty good. I really, really don’t like Meredith or Derek. I kind of wish they had been blown up instead of the bomb unit guys.
I liked the scenes with Meredith, and I loved that they showed when she found out about her mother’s affair with the Chief. I am wondering where they are going with his storyline. I mean, are they going to make his part in the show bigger or smaller…rejoining him with Meredith’s mom?
I thought the flashbacks were the best part, it really explained a lot about what had been going on in each of the character’s lives until now.
Another thing I liked was the conversation between Alex and Addison regarding “succeeding despite your childhood”. Looks like we’ll learn more about Alex this season.
The flashbacks were mostly great, especially Addison’s tearful apology, and young Meredith on the carosel. Didn’t care for the cute-meet between Meredith and Derek. I’m with gravedigger regarding the two of them.
I feel the same way about Meredith and Derek. It was one thing in the first season, when everyone thought they were single. Yeah, once we learned Derek was married we could still understand because his wife cheated on him. But now both of them are actively trying to make their respective relationships with other people work, and they are fucking around like they are in high school.
I really feel bad for Finn and Addison.
On a lighter note, who has a bathroom floor like Izzy? It looked like she was laying on the floor of a Pep Boys garage.
Pretty good premiere episode but the second episode is even better. Some really good shit went down. CTV in Canada fucked up and aired it instead of the 1st episode so it’s floating around at torrent sites.
Is Addison leaving? Why does Bailey avoid Izzie? Post some spoilers, please. In black text…
I don’t think Addison is leaving. I think she is going to be sticking around for a while. I don’t think that they would make her storyline so big if she was.
Wish I did have spoilers but I don’t…all I can offer are my thoughts on the show.
I’ll tell ya what went down with Addison and Bailey. So major spoilers in invisio…
Addison, still depressed from the aftermath of finding Meredith’s panties in Derrek’s clothes, goes to the Chief telling him she’s taking the day off to go drinking. Meanwhile, Bailey is avoiding Izzie because she’s realized she has gone soft since giving birth to her child. She basically blames herself for Denny’s death. Then in the episode’s final scene, Derrek heads to the hotel Addison is staying at to tell her their marriage is over. After he tells her, McSteamy suddenly walks out the bathroom with a towel covering him and a smirk on his face. He may have said something, I can’t really remember. Addison then hangs her head and Derrek leaves the room disgusted but smiling. I’m pretty sure Eric Dane (McSteamy) has signed on for either the entire season or atleast a bunch of episodes and Kate Walsh (Addison) is still signed on for the remainder of the year and possibly more.
