It might have been a sequence they shot last season in case they wanted to write her out, then shelved, then decided to use but had to edit around a dated element (like if his daughter was in the scene).
It confused me at first too, but I just assumed I’d forgotten the scene. With the alternate timeline in play, I’m not going to worry about it.
Great episode. And I was wrong, looks like this is the new status quo.
Excellent… Nice to see them have the balls to shake things up. Now I can only hope that one of the side characters in this new timeline is now secretly an evil bastard to really screw with the main cast.
The show lost something when it stopped having an antagonist in the cast (Henry or Alison’s ex).
At any rate, I’m back fully onboard the show for now, as it’s already heaps better than it has been in a long time.
I think Grant may prove to be somewhat of a rival for Carter.
And I do think the altered timeline could provide a loophole to bring Stark back. Henry did say that the majority of the changes to the timeline would be right there in Eureka.
I will repeat this again: at its heart, this is a very, very dark show.
Such a great episode. I am so very glad they’re keeping the altered timeline and Grant. Hopefully they don’t drag this “will he or won’t he” crap out with Carter and Tess.
I love that they brought back Android Andy! That is so friggen cool! They are doing no wrong so far.. and I 100% agree this show is dark at it’s core. Allison was willing to have not only herself but all of her friends killed to keep from going back to an autistic Kevin…
Yes, this can be a very dark show. When Henry went thru his dark phase, I really liked it. It’s a good show for the whimsical and dark elements. I was happy to see Android Andy again, and was really impressed when they had him matter of factly figure out that they went back and changed stuff.
I think it’s pretty cool that they really shook things up, but we’ll see how long it lasts.
Very disappointed… I’m not thrilled with the Carter \ Allison dynamic..

I liked it. I’m kinda glad they got the Tess story out of the way without Carter telling her what happened. But yeah, just dragging along the Carter/Allison stuff is getting old.
I totally see this season ending with the 6 of them locked up in some bunker, because eventually someone is gonna spill the beans.
I;m just disappointed because Tess is adorable. And Carter is just Alison’s consolation prize, which feels kinda empty.

Tess IS adorable!
Well, I’m still not happy that Alison went with Stark.. I think the chemistry between Carter and Alison pretty much died during that whole season and when the show runners brought in Tess it was a nice breath of fresh air into the show and reminded me why I liked the show in the first place.. It was a quirky show with a charismatic lead.
Let’s hope they at least don’t do a triangle again and just cut to the nitty gritty. In Eureka I trust.

Yeah i think stark might not come back and they seem to b e setting thorne up as a love interest for allison.
Some things i would like to see or expect this season:
fargo’s assistant will realize hes not the fargo they know and cause shit for the group.
henry will realize (hell he already has) that he and that chick are perfect for each other, and the season will end with them making a date in the restructured timeline or something.
joe will still get together with zane (although actually i still dont think a fargo triangle is out of the question, especially after they were paired for dramatic dialogue (with fargo as the shoulder to cry on, essentially) during the first episode).
there will be at least one more episode where they all go back in time to rectify something, or maybe just by accident or due to to last time they all wen thru… and id love it if they were caught and there was a trial for treason or something while they were simultaneously trying to escape and get back to their time.
the last episode (3rd) was kinda bad imo … good writing from scene to scene, but the mystery was too apparent, i even dismissed it immediately as the red herring… after the order of those showing symptoms, i thought it was gonna be touching the blue force-shield thingy or something.
I hope they focus more on the changes in the timeline in future episodes, and less on what-went-wrong-with-an-experiment-this-week episodes.
Kind of a “meh” episode right there.

I agree… good enough, but it just feels like they are wasting the season’s premise on the typical mysteries, and relegating all timeline changes to character relationships, rather than anything different with the outside world.
I mean I still enjoy the show, just seems like a waste after the first episodes to go back to the “same old” show, essentially.
P.S. Was the implication that somehow henry isnt sleeping in the same bed as his wife a bit strange to anyone?
Also this seasons mysteries have been somewhat obvious … I have guessed (or even dismissed as overt red herring) the “culprit” or solution in nearly every episode within the first few minutes… and the last two weeks have been appallingly obvious, imo.
When you have such a series altering event like in the first few episodes, it’s hard to go back to the typical “mystery of the week” thing, even though they involved Jo trying to bring out this Zane’s good side.
Pretty solid episode altough the crossover was so much mored forced here than it was on Warehouse 13.
The season is totally gonna end with the 5 of them locked up in some bunker because the one seen in the spoilerriffic video above spills the beans.
Not digging the set up for an Alison love triangle. The Alison/Carter stuff is so played out at this point.

How old is claudia? I thought she was supposed to be like 15-16, so an episode about pedophilia seemed a bit off to me…
Also, if they rectify the timelines, does that mean warehouse 13 will disappear along with the rest of that world? … God I hope so.

Her performance did not make me want to try Warehouse 13, that’s for sure. I kept wondering if Chloe from Smallville had a younger, more annoying sister…
Warehouse 13 is a bit cookie cutter but otherwise a pretty good show. Claudia doesn’t have a huge role.
