Wow, dream first round matchup. “The Method” versus the “Coolest Man in Hollywood”. A couple potential final four candidates meet in round one.

Taxi Driver is an increadible movie but there are few movies that are as equally heartbreaking as they are uplifting as One Flew Over the Cucoo’s Nest. The film is so symbolic of its time and has a collection of some the greatest first appearences ever.

Wow. Tough one for me.

On the Waterfront is a great movie. Flawless even. It hits every note, has an unbelievable performance by Brando, great dialogue etc.

Raiders is the Greatest Adventure Movie Ever.

This is kind of an upset, but I’m going to go with Raiders because no one has been able to capture the magic of that movie, neither imitators nor sequels. On the Waterfront’s grittiness and power have been equaled, notably in Taxi Driver.
