Ha, that ‘hip jam’ gets stuck in my head for hours every time I see that damn commercial.
Yeah, I don’t know if that’s from an actual song or if that’s a jingle made for Target but whatever it is it currently gets stuck in my head almost as much as Beyonce’s “Irreplaceable.”
It’s an actual song titled “A Little Bit More” by a guy named Jamie Lidell. I bought the tune from iTunes last week. Good stuff.

Saw a really funny public service announcement about voter awareness, it was a campaign video for someone running for mayor, and the big reveal at the end is that the candidate is a bag of leaves. Then quick cut to “Just pay attention, please.”
That mom in the cell phone commercial with the daughter talking in net-speak is pretty MILF-y.

Speaking of MILF-y, there is this red-head that has been doing the commercial circuits for the past few years. The first time I saw her was for some lousy KY commercial where her husband wouldn’t put down the gigantic red book he was reading until she lathered up. Then she was in an antacid commercial where she was married to a fatty. She pops up all the time, and I get a decidedly Kate Walsh feeling every time I see her. Just throwing that out there.

I know of whom you speak. I remember her from the KY Warming Lotion commercials, thinking “Why would a babe like that need KY to spark hubby’s interest?” Anyway, her name is Erica Shaffer.

Thanks nekkerbee. I think she is smokin’ hot. And she does resemble Joely Fisher. I didn’t realize she had done so much outside of commercials, including voice work.
The Hilshire Farms commericals are killing me. The newest one in the office is perfectly surreal and funny.
