I hate myself for watching and liking these damn MTV “reality” shows.
The girls are rather attractive this time around, but they all appear to be ho’s. That’s unfortunate, but will make for good TV. I think Frank is going to snap by the end of the season. One things for sure, there’s gonna be a whole lot more fuckin’ this season than ever before. Fun for the whole family.
This looks to be the most interesting season in years.
I stopped watching after Season 5. I got sucked back in this year when MTV showed a marathon of the return New York.
Vegas proves to be good. It’s in Sin City so how can it not be? I screamed at the TV when Stephen kissed what’s her name in front of Frank. That was just wrong!
The ads for next week showed a house vote where they will decide whether to kick someone out. I don’t think that’s happened in years! That’s the type of controversy that I love to watch. I can’t wait.
They are voting to kick out a chick, that has never happened.
I’m led to believe it’s the cute one with the short hair who apparently gets jealous really fast. This would be the fastest turnaround time for a cast member ever, right?

I don’t know how I missed this statement. Out of curiousity, what exactly makes them hos? I don’t see you calling the boys gigalos? All three of them talked about sex as much if not more than the women. I’m glad our society’s view of sex is still stuck in the dark ages.

Stupid generality, I guess, especially considering it was only the first episode. Most of the conversation on just about every front seemed to be all about the main mission being hooking up and that’s about it. The only guy I would call a ho right now is the one that’s married/divorced. Maybe that’s because he ran his mouth the most last night.
To be fair, so far only two of the roommates came across as straight up hoes in last night’s episode. (Trashelle and Steven, I’m talking to you.)
Brynn was so needy and attention-starved it was downright scary.
Arissa and Irulan seemed very cool.
Frank is just sad. I really feel sorry for the guy. He fell so hard for Trailer Trish only to see her skank-ass get busy with the same two-faced jerk who was pretending to be all gung-ho about them hooking up with each other.

And, for the record, I took offense that only the women were called ho’s when, in fact, the men were just as sexually explicit in talk and action.
I take offense when a woman gets on national television and makes a fool of herself and her family just to assert some “sexual independance”.
As a woman that offends me.

I cannot stand to see a female get on the air and think she’s making some stand for women’s sexual assertiveness when all she’s really doing is disrespecting herself and disrespecting all women along with her.

“Ho” and “Whore” mean two completely different things. As far as I can tell, Trishelle is not a whore. She just isn’t to particular about who she goes to bed with. The same thing goes for Steven. In my opinion, their behavior justifies them being labeled as “ho’s”. Or Sluts. Or whatever you wanna call 'em. Especially Steven, since he was still married at the time.
I (much like Diva) take offense at people who single out the female roommates as sluts. But over on Television Without Pity’s messageboards Steven and Trishelle are both receiving equal amounts of scorn for the way they behaved in tuesday’s episode. And that’s fine by me, because if you’re gonna start callin’ out the ho’s, it should be an equal opportunity thing.
I don’t recall Trashelle saying she was making a stand for “women’s sexual assertiveness.” In fact, I just recall her saying that she wanted to “get laid”.
I don’t see how that disrespects you or any other woman. Humans, men and women, are sexual beings and they have a right to express themselves however they want. That expression does not reflect on you.
If you think it does, then I feel sorry for you because living your life based on how you think other people perceive you is not living.
If you think a woman who enjoys sex is being disrespectful, then I feel sorry that you will never know what good sex is like.
If you think I am making a personal attack on you, then I am sorry. I am not. I’m just trying to figure out what the reasoning is behind your statement. Right now, you have not convinced me how any of the women on that show have been disrespectful to you or anyone else.
