It comes on Tuesday at 9, just started today, the episode is about to end. So far this show is awesome. Anyone else watch it?

I hope this is a hit so Tru Calling gets cancelled after 13 episodes and we get a Faith spinoff next year.

It’s funny but I wonder if Eliza knows that almost all of her fans are hoping for the same thing.
The show was ok, I guess. My friend described it as “90210, only Dylan moves in with the Walshes.” Which I thought was appropriate. I’ll keep watching it, at least untill the real fall season starts.
I was really suprised that Doug Liman directed the episode. Is he an exec. producer along with McG?
Yeah I like the whole idea of the show. Plus im a big fan of fuckin rich kids gettin their asses kicked.

Would that be when the whole Walsh family lived together? Or the Walsh family after Brenda moved away? Maybe it was the Walsh home post Jim & Cindy when it was just Branden and Valerie. So she wasn’t blood but she was like family and hot as hell dammit!

I saw this last night and I feel that overall, the show is pretty damn good. Chuck Cedar did a nice job and so did that new kid playing the Badass-With-A-Heart-of-Gold archetype.
But what is the purpose of Seth? Oh yeah! He is the one character that we identify with. Was I the only one that found his character to be a contrivance in order to gain regular viewers? The premise of the show is: kid from the wrong side of the tracks joins elite social kids with no individuality or class. The problem here is that the kids who would identify with Ryan would not be sitting home watching this show-- they’d be doing things Ryan would be doing. And the O.C. kids are such a small percentage of TV viewership that if all of the teenagers in Orange County tuned in regularly, it really wouldnt dent the ratings that much. So we get Seth for everyone else to root for. But damn those fuckers if it didnt work. I would, however, like to see Seth and or Ryan just take crowbars to everyone at that party.
The mini Kristin Davis girl has no redeeming qualities so far-- so if she is the love interest I hope that changes.
Bottom line: if I see this show is on, I might watch but I wont rearrange my schedule around it.
God help me, I have become hooked on this show.
This show is hilarious just based on how bad it is. I have two younger friends that are like brothers to me and I occasionally watch it with them and laugh my head off.
I’ve seen a couple of the episodes, but it’s not really grabbing hold. It seems to be going downhill instead of up. If this one slips through the cracks, that’s ok by me. Not bashing it, just expected a little more, I guess.
It’s filling the crap tv void that’s been in my life since 90210 left us.

Anyways, I missed the series premiere, but I did catch a few episodes during the summer. These last few episodes have been fun, especially this new triangle Seth stumbled into. The blonde is kinda cute, but that brunette (Summer?) is smoking hot!

Yeah. Chalk up another one. My friend made me watch this with her last night, and I am definately hooked. Now its gonna be VCR this and TIVO Angel. Oy. Too Much teevee.

Oh, Anna’s a great girl, and the way she gets along with Seth is great and everything, but aside from her bitchiness, I think Summer’s just better looking.
That situation is an explosion waiting to happen. Can’t say I blame the guy for trying though.
Overall, I’d have to say that Seth is my favorite character. Aside from being able to identify with him when I was that age, he’s got the funniest lines.

Loved that show like I love oxygen. So incredibly cheesy and over the top, I loved every second of it. Too bad there will probably never be a DVD Box Set, or a blowoff episode that explains what happened to Kelly Kapowski (I refuse to call her by any other name).
As for the OC, I like it. It fills that 90210 mold while not being ridiculously similar (despite the beginning of the season seeming it was going to end up that way).
