I also liked how Roy provided the crucial advice to Rebecca to save her from going any further in the relationship with that dullard.
It echoes nicely with the earlier scene when Ted said “sometimes girl talk is really ‘girl, listen’”

Haha a sleazy move by Lasso at the end there. I can see him bringing back Jamie as a way of shaking things up, but I have a hard time imagining him doing it without running it by the team first. Bad Ted, Bad!!
The way that Jamie’s reappearance was shot and staged led me to believe that it was Rebecca’s decision, not Ted’s.
I got the sense that Rebecca was impressed, not that she had anything to do with the decision.

Yeah, even I was going, “Uh, Ted…you MIGHT want to run this by the team first, dude,” there at the end.
Yeah I don’t like the artifice of that. All you needed was a quick speech about not everyone had a great father and people deserve an olive branch and it’d be fine. It’s not like we won’t have drama and conflict as Jamie Freeman’s on everyone anyway. Do we really need Ted acting out of character and not considering people’s feelings?
If it was Ted’s decision it totally came out of that conversation he had with Doctor Sharon there at the end.
If it was Rebeccas, Ted will still take responsibility for it.
Everything with Roy has been fantastic so far.
Interesting episode 3. I had a few lol’s.
Led Tasso was dumb but in a brief, semi-pleasant way. Roy’s stuff was funny, Jamie’s was irritating. Rebecca’s subplot was pretty funny.
Her semi-spit out of the biscuit in the first scene was my first lol.
I am officially predicting the dating app was invented to get lady owner and Ted in a You Got Mail situation.
I have to wonder how many people understood the “we’re talking about practice” speech from S01E06 without googling it. It may be too old of a reference for a lot of viewers.
I know 90%+ had to look up the Underhill joke.
