Prison Break Season 3

It’s back.

They’re certainly thorough in eliminating the leftover characters from last season.

EDIT: Shit. It’s Season 4. Too bad you can’t edit titles. Or just delete the thread if there is no posts.

Hilarious. They were able to remove all of Michael’s tattoos like overnight with a laser. I guess he’ll be able to wear short sleeve shirts now.

Hot Dr. Lives! Less hot though, not sure what happened. I love how they brought her back - Smart Brother “So, did you look in the box?” Not Smart Brother “Eh, not really.”

Is still as shitty as half the season 1, and the whole season 2? Like, makes Heroes looks great in comparison?

I watched the first hour of this premier. This show is like if Michael Bay had his own TV show, but without enough explosions. Just so incredibly unbelievable and stupid.

I’ll probably watch it next week sadly, just nothing on TV.

Season 2 of the new Terminator show is up next up.

Yeah, pretty much. But now with Michael Rapaport.

Well, they had Peter Stormare and William Fichtner and it was still terrible… I’ve caught some bits of season 3 and then I heard they had killed the hot doctor. And that they managed to to destroy the über-conspiracy.

Yes, but now the hot doctor is back from the dead. It’s amazingly stupid.

I’ve always enjoyed this show. It’s stupid as hell but a shitload more entertaining than, say, 24.

I love how they completely rebooted the show and turned it into a modern day mission impossible.

Favorite line of the night: Ate some bad Mexican?

I love this show. Sure, it’s stupid as all hell, but it’s fun. Plus it’s got the Fichtner factor.

It’s a huge guilty pleasure. I’m a huge T-Bag fan.. I think he’s one of the best villain characters out there.

You’re right. That’s exactly what they did. They’re kind of like the Suicide Squad now, except doing boring things like sneaking into a house to copy a harddrive. Where the fuck does Belloq have any expertise for this shit?

For a moment I thought Ivan Ooze himself was on this show.

I’d say it’s more A-Team then Mission Impossible myself. This is a very strange show who’s premise changes season to season.

It also suffers from what I like to call the “Sloan Syndrome”, named so because of the antagonist on Alias. It’s when a show takes a strong antagonist (don’t get me wrong, Ron Rifkin did excellent work on that show) and rather then killing them off when it makes sense narratively, runs them into the ground. Case in point: while I love T-Bag (and Bellick too) there is no reason why any of them should’ve made it past the second season.

Am I reading way too much into this show?

I consider Belloq to be the quirky comic relief sidekick with an eventual heart of gold turn, sacrificing himself in a shocking yet expected moment of redemption.

Second favorite scene was the belloq mugging where after they ducked around some bushes Mallone said he had to run slower to make it look like he was really chasing Belloq and Belloq’s reply was an out of breath “I think I pulled a groin muscle!”

It’s Bellick. Not Belloq.
Are you guys still in denial after that Indy 4 showing?

Hey… don’t type that too loud they may change his name and ethnicity to draw in more ratings.

The power of Lucas compells you, heathens!

Seriously, talk about Deux Machinas. Sucre, T-Bag and Bellick just escape because of a prison riot? Just like that? And they manage to make it to Mexico with no clothes, money and the entire Panama force after them?

Sure.

Seriously. I got confused thinking, “where the hell is the nazi sympathizer?”

Premiere was completely retarded. At least Hot Doctor is back and Fichtner stayed on. I’ll watch a couple more episodes but that will probably be it unless something really awesome happens.
