I was pretty disappointed with the horrible ending to last season, but I am too anxious to see where the show goes now.

Larry Freaking Hagman is in it for the first few episodes from what I hear, so I’m all in.

Looking forward to getting the taste of last season out of my mouth. Judging by the previews there are going to be a lot of cool guest stars. But I’m truly excited to see that at some point my main man Robert Lasardo, everyone’s favorite crazy tattooed guy, will make an appearance. Yes!
Didn’t LaSardo play the gangmember that forced Troy/MacNamara to work on his face so he could avoid the law or am I thinking of some other actor? You know those tatooed Latino actors all look the same.

I heard about Mario Lopez - that’s all sorts of freaky.
That’s the guy. The last time we saw him was season 2 when he was sort of the devil on Sean’s shoulder as he waiting for ther Carver. He’ll probably show up for a similar appearance this season.

Shame that Kimbers back (personally Macmahon hasnt been better than the first series, since then the writers seem to want to make him into Sean).
The over-reliance on guests will kill it though. I remember the point when I realised that it wasnt going to be the show I though it was…second season, Alec Baldwin and Famke sharing the screen…felt like Fucking Will and Cockblock Grace.
Return of Escobar sounds interesting, but cant they just create a new storyline? I dont even think it will be a Carver free series completely, hell we may even see Merrill too.
This show needs to pull its thumb out seriously.

You know, after last season’s Carver disappointment, I wasn’t sure how excited I’d be for this season, but damn if I’m not frothing at the mouth for some new McNamara/Troy action!
Paying for this episode with movie trailers, it seems.
Interesting stuff so far.
Anyone else get the feeling that they are going to cop out of this deformed child storyline?
Overall I liked it, but it could have come out out the gates a little better. It seems like they were trying to set up a lot of things in one hour. We barely got to see Shields’ character and then at the end Christian is fucking her.
“Is it Christian’s?” One of the funnier lines from the episode. It made that whole scene a little better to swallow.
It’s also interesting that Julia went out and talked to someone with the condition that her baby is feared to have.
Well, I’m a bit spoiled for the upcoming season, so I don’t know if I can discuss that unprejudiced or not…
But, the opening of the show was pretty much a nice parallel to the very first show with Christian and Sean and their respective bed partners… in fact, it almost seems that there will be several parallels to season one this year.
And the season previews made me very happy.
And jeez, could they pack any MORE guest stars in this ep?
