Nip/Tuck - Season 2

I just realized I keep referring to Christian as Julian as in Julian McMahon the guy who plays Christian. Hahah, i am crazy.

Fantastic episode. I loved it. And it had some great sex editing! I really enjoyed the episode, and the little twist with the mom being right alll along was kinda fun.

Good stuff.

And Famke…mmmmm

Great episode, but in my opinion, they seem to be relying too much on sex to bring in their viewers. The stories are good, but so far this season, nothing spectacular yet. I really didn’t get into the model’s storyline at all, but bringing in “Christian’s” baby’s real father next week should shore up some good drama.

I think they’ll work the dynamic between Sean’s wife and Christian too. Not sure if I saw it right (I was pre-occupied at the time, dammit), but during that final sex scene (Sean and his wife) was Christian edited in there instead of Sean? <meaning she was thinking of him, hence her ability to come> I thought I caught that but wasn’t sure.

Also, I want more Famke, but that goes without saying.

Like a sucker, I missed this episode.

Do they repeat it at all during the week?

Yes, at least four more times during this week.

Ya they edited in Christian in the final sex scene between sean and julia.

“if i build it she will cum” fucking priceless.

Great episode tonight.

I thought for about 10 minutes there that Sean’s daughter was going to end up with cancer or die or something. They sure like parallels, but with the older woman’s daughter with cancer, it would have fit a bit too easily.

I also love the direction that they’re taking Christian’s custody trial. I really feel for him, but I think Wilbur would be better off with his biological father and his family…I’d like to have seen the church ceremony really hit a nerve with Christian though, it could have been a nice slant on his character.

Didn’t miss it this time.

Great episode indeed. I dug that mini montage around the halfway point with Kimber. Christian’s whole custody trial plotline is really getting interesting and I can’t wait to see where they go with it. Oh, and the juxtaposition between the “princess and her prince” with Kimber and Chrisitan and the reveal that Kimber is a pornstar was also pretty damn good.

Next week’s episode looks pretty intense as well.

Fantastic editing is the first thing that came to mind throughout this episode. The juxtapositions between kimber and Sean’s daughter’s changes were fantastic. I also liked the transition from lipo’d fat being poured out to the new health food soup that Julia prepared.

Sean’s loss of Wilbur was very heartbreaking. I don’t see it being the end of that storyline, but I also don’t see what else he can do. That dude is the biological father.

Ms. Grubman is a great character also. I really like how this show slowly develops its bit characters. Its sort of a little reward for those who watched season 1.

You mean Christian.

Yeah, I think he’ll have a role in raising the child, but I wonder if they’re setting up the possibility of him adopting Mrs. Grubman’s granddaughter if/when her daughter dies from cancer…(total speculation here)

I thought that too. It’ll be interesting to see where they take that.

As much as I like Christian’s character being a philanderer, I would love to see him settle in with someone a bit more “normal”. It would possibly take the dynamic out of the show though, and we can’t have that.

Didn’t care for the first couple of shows this season…but lately it’s back on track.

Course Kimber’s back, which makes all the difference to me…

Yes, Kimber is fucking smokin! I am still waiting to see that grace santiago, or whatever, the psychiatrist they hired.

Doing Dogfart, no less!

This was a very good episode. I kind of have a feeling that might be the last of Kimber, but who knows?

I was scared for Sean’s daughter.

Matt is really becoming a douche bag deluxe. At least he’s funny, though

I liked the use of “Moonlight Sonata.” Souding very off-putting and creepy. And I don’t get the attraction to Kimber. She looks just like someone whoose undergone massive plastic surgary: plastic.

Mat just doesnt look like a teenager man. It really bothers me seeing him in a school. he is like pushing 30 man.

Just saw the newest episode and it was terrific. After seeing Tuesdays episode and last week’s episode, I’m still puzzled as to why this show wasn’t nominated for an Emmy in the Best Drama and Best Actor (Julian McMahon) catagorey. Bastards.
