I don’t recognize about half of the people though. That drunk bitch Katie is back but where’s the rest of the ho-bag squad? Surely they didn’t get real jobs? Pretty good first episode, I thought. I like the new Gauntlet rules but I’m afraid the whole greybeards vs. n00bs angle will lead to a total rout by the oldies.
I often wonder why people decide to sign up for these things and immediately flip out when they get there and see something crazy. What the hell, lady? Have you never seen an episode of this show before?
I think the Ho gang will be back in the new edition that is currently filming (in Australia). Something along the lines of MTV viewers vs. the RW/RR cast.
Last night’s episode? Not bad. Just wish they had a full hour to see all the craziness. I’d almost pay for an unedited version of this show.
i don’t know what you guys are talking about. i deleted mtv/bet from my cable lineup a long time ago. i actually forget it even exists most of the time.

I don’t think you can make a really good living doing these, but I think the exposure (sometimes) can help get you noticed (The Miz). Plus in Mark’s case, he gets to keep hooking up with hot (but wacko) 20 year olds.
This show still remains a guilty pleasure of mine. I really don’t watch any new season of RW or RR by themselves, but to see the people I was used to watch when I was younger is still kinda cool.
Plus who doesn’t love the random “X-TREME” sports star thrown in to host, who always looks really awkward on screen.
That Danny kid with the shaved head looks like Danny from “Who’s the Boss?”. It isn’t the same guy, is it? On some behind the scenes show, I think one of the characters said they get somewhere in the low five-figure range for appearing on these things. That’s a nice chunk of change for a few weeks of cash, prizes, and fucking.

Yeah but she should be the first one voted in the gauntlet since she is a horrible competitor and I don’t think she cares about the game, just there to have fun.
Nobody is going to throw missions to get anyone out, esp against Derrick who I don’t think anyone wants to play in a pure physical comp.
Though I don’t know any of thr RR unless they were on a challenge before. Voting people of RR makes it tough to remember anyone and I usually skip the first fee episodes.

I hope not as Derrick is one of the few RR guys that I like…besides that would rob the show of drama. MTV is not likely to let that happen.
I love how there are commercials for next weeks episode prominently featuring Derrick, right before the challenge to see who gets sent home.
Adam should have just grabbed wrong answers on purpose and let Derrick take them from him. Sad to see Adam go, when he was off his meds on RR it was pretty damn funny.
