First episode: DOGSHIT.
Second episode: Classic. “Does that door say ‘Pirate’ on it? Does a pirate live in there?” That’s probably my favorite line on the show so far. Then thirty seconds later…“spin kick.” Genius.

Yeah that, the Greer factor, and I dug Dennis kicking the door. That was it. Dennis showing up in drag was even over the top for this show.

If only there was some invention that you could tell to record all the episodes of a show in a season. What a wondrous thing that would be. Did you try kicking it? Now, I don’t have one of these magical machines you speak of, I had a VCR that just crapped out on me. So I don’t know how these things work.
Good stuff last night. Loved the duster, enriched microbrew, steam whistle, spin kick. Charlie working in the sweat shop had me rolling.
The first episode had it’s moments…like Dee returning to Charlie and him wearing a ton of stolen shit. Frank and Mac running the sweat shop was great. But the Dennis stuff was horrid.
The second episode was fantastic. I fell off my sofa when Frank started running in slow-mo…that was so damned good. And the stuff with the duster, and enriched beer.
The look in Charlie’s eye, with the fogged over glasses, absolutely killed me.
And the second episode was full of genius, but the title alone was enough to make my night. And Dennis in the duster and no shirt. “It’s very sexual.” Great.

It was funny.
But, it was the other Rick Astley hit, “Together Forever”. I haven’t heard that song since I was 10 until last night.
For some reason, I find Dennis’s love of Rick Astley (which has been alluded to several times) to be a hilarious ongoing joke. That’s just me, though. That’s just what I like.

Just caught up. I actually preferred the first ep. Maybe it was just my nostalgia for AD. I kept wishing Kitty would flash her boobs. The second ep relied on too many (played out) pop culture references. An American Idol spoof? Kim Jong-il? The Matrix? Really? That said, Charlie and Frank steal the show yet again. I love those guys.
Yeah… I didn’t laugh much at all during the ‘North Korea’ episode. Just mediocre, especially the references.
